The way we work
Firstly, we aim to get results. We want to deliver a good return on investment and essentially, make sure our clients are satisfied. And we
do that by following our own advice.

more
We do everything possible to uphold a good reputation, because we believe that only by having a positive reputation ourselves can we begin to
advise anyone else on creating their own.
That means we aim to build trust with everyone we work with, listen and understand their needs, and then set about meeting those need.
It’s about being ethical and fair, and open and honest from day one, then continuing that right the way through a project.

Laura Thomas (Director) has 10 years’ experience working in recruitment advertising
and marketing. She combines a flair for building
client relationships with a relentless pursuit of delivering results and return on investment.

more
Laura started as a graduate trainee within a specialised recruitment communications agency based in London working within the international
education division before being promoted and then headhunted to help launch and grow a start-up recruitment advertising agency.
Laura stepped out of agency life for a short period to work within the recruitment team of the Daily Telegraph giving her valuable insight
in to media buying and negotiation from the ‘other side’. However, the lure of a return to agency life prompted a move to a
Manchester based recruitment advertising agency where she provided recruitment and retention solutions to a wide range of clients across
commercial, education and public sectors.
Laura then joined a London based talent solutions organisation becoming regional client manager based in Manchester. Laura worked with
large commercial organisations to build graduate recruitment campaigns, complete full employer brand research and delivery both internally
and externally and develop creative and results driven solutions for all her clients including William Hill, HBOS, E-ON and Ford Retail.
