Employer reputation consultancy

We offer end-to-end development and implementation of an employer reputation strategy; from understanding human resource and organisation objectives and goals through to building an on-going communications plan to all stakeholder audiences, we have it covered. We provide:

  • Goal and objective setting for HR – we look at new candidate attraction, existing employee retention and engagement
  • Research – we conduct internal and external research to benchmark current performance, this can include focus groups, on-street surveys, online questionnaires etc.
  • Development of employer brand – by identifying the strengths of the current employer proposition we help build a brand model that contains the key aspects of what makes the organisation a great place to work
  • Creative and communications plan – we develop creative messaging, reputation toolkits, brand guidelines and advertising campaigns in off-line and digital formats

Employer brand consultancy

Not all organisations are in a position to undertake a full employer reputation strategy for reasons of structural change, life cycle or budget, but recognise the need to develop an employer brand in isolation. When this is the case we offer a consultancy service which follows a similar approach as above, albeit more condensed and focussed on research, employer brand development, communication planning, improvement processes and linking in with corporate reputation.
